Brittany Iles joined BB&W as an Associate Attorney in 2018, having previously served as a Law Clerk while concurrently attending law school. Brittany provides regulatory and reporting services to numerous Community Choice Aggregation (CCA) programs in California. In addition, Brittany represents clients on legal and regulatory matters before the California Air Resources Board, California Public Utilities Commission, California Energy Commission, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and the California Independent System Operator.
Prior to joining BB&W, Brittany interned at the Sacramento Superior Court as well as a non-profit organization focusing on water law and other various environmental and land-use issues.
Brittany received her bachelor’s degree in English from California State University Fullerton in 2014 and her juris doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Brittany served as a Board Member on the Moot Court Honors Board and as an Articles Editor for Environs, the Environmental Law and Policy Journal. Brittany is a member of the California State Bar.
