Jen-Ann Lee joined BB&W in 2022, having previously served as a Law Clerk while concurrently attending law school. Prior to joining BB&W, Jen-Ann interned at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California as well as a non-profit organization focusing on transportation electrification issues.

Jen-Ann received her juris doctor degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Jen-Ann served as the chair of If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, the vice president of Women’s Law Association, and as an Executive Editor for Environs, the Environmental Law and Policy Journal. She has also published two law review articles on reshaping the grid for electric vehicles.

Jen-Ann brings to the firm an extensive background in engineering and state government. Jen-Ann worked at the California Environmental Protection Agency for five years, both for the California Air Resources Board and the State Water Resources Control Board. She also earned her professional engineering license in 2019. Jen-Ann graduated from California State University, Sacramento in 2017 magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
